and technology providers.New Business Support:Accompany the launch of new products and business models from a legal and regulatory perspective.Compliance & Governance:Participate in the creation of internal policies and support the Compliance area in audits and regulatory reviews (KYC, AML, among others).
What We Are Looking ForEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL. B. / Licenciatura) is mandatory.Experience:+3 years of professional experience in Corporate, Contractual, or Financial Law.Background:Previous experience in Fintechs, Financial Institutions, or Law Firms serving clients in the regulated sector is required.Soft Skills:Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business and technology teams.
