Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, improve, and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate document control and change management processes.Plan, execute, and support internal, external, and customer audits.Lead corrective and preventive action (RCCA/8 D) activities and verify their effectiveness.Coordinate management review meetings and follow up on action plans.Support the implementation of integral quality initiatives and best practices.Monitor compliance with ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****, and customer requirements.Develop and deliver QMS-related training across the organization.Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality system effectiveness.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree.2–3 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO ****).




Experience planning and coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.Knowledge of document control and quality system administration.Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Conversational English.Preferred QualificationsISO ****:**** Internal or Lead Auditor certification.VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor certification.Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
Experience with 8 D, RCCA, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
