Iron Systems, Inc is seeking Desktop Technicians to provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, answer calls, troubleshoot, and document steps in a ticketing system.
You will assist customers and coordinate with supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts within the IT Support Center.
Applicants should have hands-on experience with PC and mobile assets, Service Now, Windows OS, and i OS troubleshooting, plus strong communication skills and knowledge of asset management processes.
