In BYD we are looking for adynamic and analytical Aftersales District Analystto join our automotive aftersales team.
This role is adecuado for young professionals who want to grow their career in theautomotive service and aftersales environment , working closely with dealers and internal teams to improve service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.IMPORTANT: This role is not relate with manufacture or design profiles.
This position is aimed at junior to mid-level profiles.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzeaftersales performance indicators(service, parts, warranty, CSI/NPS) in the designated region.Visit and supportthe dealer network withperformance tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions.Support in the elaboration ofdashboards, reports, and insightsto identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with the different inner areas ofAftersales, Service, Parts, Warranty, and Training teams.Support the execution and monitoring ofaftersales programs, campaigns,



and initiatives.Track dealer compliance withprocesses, standards, and KPIs.RequirementsBachelor's degree inEngineering, Business, Automotive, Industrial or related field.2 years Maximum of experiencein: Automotive aftersales working directly in a dealer with service operations, warranty, parts, or service analysis.Strong analytical skills anddata-driven mindset.Good command ofExcel , Power BI or similar tools is a plus.Strong communication and coordination skills.
