- Paid time off and paid holidaysKey Responsibilities- Assemble, install, fit, modify, and repair aircraft structural components and assemblies.
- Perform aircraft sheet metal fabrication, structural assembly, and installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Perform drilling, fastening, riveting, sealing, and fitting operations.
- Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify quality and compliance.
- Complete structural modifications, repairs, and aircraft assembly tasks.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with customer and quality standards.
- Support production schedules while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and workmanship.
- Work in manufacturing, production, modification, or maintenance environments as assigned.Required Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structures, sheet metal, structural assembly, or aircraft modification.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience performing aircraft structural assembly, installation, repair, or modification.
- Experience in commercial aviation, military aviation, aircraft manufacturing, MRO, or aircraft production environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an aerospace manufacturing or maintenance environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or be eligible for TN visa sponsorship (Canadian citizens only).
