**SCHOLARSHIP**: Degree in Human Resources, Psychologist or have experience as a recruiter.
**Experience**: At least 1 year as a recruiter.
**Conocimientos**:
- Human Resources Generalist.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Microsoft office.
- Management of job web pages.
- Psychometric tests.
- Conversational English
**Capabilities**: Communication, organization, initiative, customer service, teamwork.
**PRINCIPALS FUNCTIONS**:
- Vacancy post.
- Interviews in person and online.
- Application and analysis of psychometrics.
- File control.
- Onboarding process.

**LABOR CONDITIONS**:
- Job is in the office and some days could be homeoffice.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,



and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. After the onboarding process, Saturday´s time could change.
- Salary: $15,000 pesos per month.
