As a trainee of the compensation and benefits team you will be collaborating with the compensation team and with cross-functional teams for the preparation of projects and compensation analysis for FORD of México, developing your skills and competencies in the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Recently graduated
- Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
- Knowledge in Excel
