Manage and control in a timely manner the services of canteen services, employee transportation, life insurance and snack services.
Manage and coordinate the dining room service provider to guarantee the quality of the service and follow up on user requests including weekly menu review.
Perform measurements of satisfaction levels, statistics and communication meetings; validate compliance with operating procedures and follow up on audit results.
Work directly to suppliers (canteen services and employee transportation) in order to give feedback on time about quality service or service complaints.
Budget administration, including invoice payment.
Employees files administration
Participate to develop campaign focused to increase the employee satisfaction using canteen and employee services
