We integrates cutting-edge technology, proprietary software systems for truly seamless supply-chain. In Mexico, we provide our service in Mexico City, Guadalajara and some other main city.
Activities:
1. Assist the transportation manager of commercial transportation to manage the business work of the Department.
2. Responsible for the formulation of relevant operation specifications for freight transportation of the head office and branches, and responsible for the guidance and supervision in the implementation.
3. Assist the transportation manager to complete the logistic planning of the whole company, and be responsible for the guidance and supervision in the implementation.
4. Responsible for communicating with logistic companies to achieve the goal of good cooperation.
5. Responsible for the verification of logistic expenses.
6. Responsible for handling all emergencies in the process of freight transportation,



and make correct handling plans in the shortest time.
7. Responsible for following up every handover link in the freight process and ensure the smooth flow of goods.
8. Responsible for mobilizing the full input of various work functions of the logistic system of each branch to ensure the goods are supplied and in place on time.
9. Responsible for follow-up, coordination and deal with various random emergencies during the shipment of goods, deal with all kinds of missing loading, defects, water inflow and other adverse conditions in the shipment, record them, and negotiate with the manufacturer in time.
10. Responsible for matters related to transportation insurance, and complete the claim to the insurancecompany after the accident.
11. Responsible for guiding the distribution work of each branch.
12. Complete other temporary work assigned by the project manager and department manager.
**Requirements**:
Fluent english
Experience in similar positions
Degree or higher
Workplace: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
