**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Supervisor located in Mexico City, Mexico. The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training representatives who interact with upper management levels, ensuring that customer service meets or exceeds client expectations, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with established protocols.
As a Supervisor, your key responsibility is to provide crucial support by being readily available to assist on the phone whenever required by clients or during peak call volumes. This proactive approach is essential to maintaining a seamless production process and facilitating successful project development.

- Supervisory Skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the medical industry with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Training skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of relevant regulations such as HIPAA and medical compliance is a plus.
- Visa is a plus.
