The Content Creator / Internal Communications Specialist is a flexible content creator (including written communications, video production, animation and social media content) who can deftly switch tone, length, style and format with enthusiasm, curiosity and creativity.
**Your Role**
At Aptiv, we are dedicated to developing innovative solutions that make transportation safer, greener, and more connected. As a Communications Content Creation you’ll be working in a small integral internal communication team meaning you´ll have plenty of opportunities to be creative and work across various projects and topics. Your day to day will consist of the following:
- Support and lead the development and execution of campaigns part of our internal communication content strategy at Aptiv.
- Conceptualize and create impactful internal/external content that connects with our target audience and drives brand growth.
- Write talking points and develop announcements, create videos, craft social media content and manage projects, such as those related to our culture and business in highly collaborative environment.




- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies to promote the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest communication trends and strategies.
- Support implementation of Aptiv´s branding guidelines within divisional messaging.
**Your Background**
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- **Bachelor’s degree **in Communication / Marketing or related field
- **Good photo/video/audio editing - Adobe Package.**:
- **Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, without losing attention to detail.**:
- **Storytelling: Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources into a new, original work.**:
- **Strategic thinking to imagine how a series or suite of communications across various audiences can address an identified goal.**:
- **Excellent editing and proofreading skills.**
**Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves)**:
- Knowledge research, fact-gathering and interviewing abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong presence,



poise and persuasiveness to establish a high level of credibility quickly
- Knowledge of MS365 - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
