Responsabilities
- Configure, update and troubleshoot IT/MES Applications and electrical controls for manufacturing operations.
- Develop, modify or debug programs for controls systems with Allen Bradley and Siemens; PLC, HMI, drives and device peripherals.
- Maintain master backups for all machine programs, database and MES Configurations.
- Supports manufacturing metrics (Safety, Engineering Change, OEE, Scrap, Waste)
- Modify and create SQL queries and stored procedures to create reports and functions.
- Specify, design, develop, document, test and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions within manufacturing facilities.
- Drive standardization across MES processes and systems throughout company network.
- Work with business management and users to define the needs and design solutions that add value to the company.
- Perform system configuration changes, monitor systems and correct errors.
Coordinate MES activities with internal and external departments for zero downtime.
