**SUMMARY**:
- Responsible for coordinating the facilities, utilities, rolling equipment and tool room supervisors. Support is given in Jz1, Paint center and yard ampere, or as assigned.
- Manages and projects, budgets and administrative tasks of the assigned functions and acts as a guide and coach for the supervisors assigned to his charge.
- Actively participates in NPD project meetings, engineering or according to small talk to ensure that the functions it represents are involved in a timely manner.
- Competent in building issues and not limited to climate, compressors, and installations as well as in the measurement of consumption, expenses, preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance. Everything is done under the regulatory framework of Mexican standards and those established by BRP.
- Ensures compliance with certifications or regulatory audits of their assigned areas as well as their performance to react proactively in case any issue is out of range to ensure that according to the frequency of certifications or audits it is always satisfactorily fulfilled.




- It is responsible for ensuring that the conditions of mobile teams assigned in their work scope areas are in adecuado working conditions, as well as the support areas of these teams such as workshops, pits, have the necessary tools and working conditions and optimal 5S'.
- Responsible for the tool room and utility areas to be constantly looking for savings through insourcing or energy savings, for which internal metrics and KPI's are developed. In the case of utilities, it ensures that the supervisor of this area manages the asserted forecasts of consumption as well as the relevant financial planning and savings or continuous improvement projects.
- Ensures the cleanliness and good general conditions of the building, patios and gardens; This is done through established providers or with the staff of their groups. For these cases, there are service calendars, cleaning routines and routes, watering / gardening / etc. schedules. Regarding suppliers, multiple and constant quotes are made, always seeking the improvement in costs and ensuring that suppliers comply with BRP norms and regulations.
- Is the primary contact in case of omission permits for fire safety systems, ensures that providers are certified and escalates situations with the insurer and parties involved during these omissions or repairs.
**Skills**:
- Have close communication with his manager and general management of Jz1, as well as with his internal clients from FAB, Assembly, engineering, department.
- Communication is affable, assertive, effective and has proficient English in writing and reading.
- Have demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in similar positions at the coordination level.
- Has a degree in engineering in areas such as electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics, or related. (Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.)
- Act as leader of their areas, inspiring their employees and ensuring good indicators of Happiness index and office vibe.
