Manages all daily activities related to QA CS&S; for wholesale business in the US and Canada:
- Enable support for Customer Service & Sales topics including but not limited to: Data tracking and trending/Case Management/Safety Board preparation/QIT preparation/complaint board preparation and moderation
- Ensure product training and customer facing processes are in place and effective Monitoring, reporting and trending for the Salesforce Issue Cases:
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities in customer service & sales activities.
- Implement and maintain processes to manage product issue escalation and investigation. Other
- Americas Quality:
- Part of the Americas quality team and assist/participate with internal and external audits and associated preparation.
- Create/participate in management review.
- Arrange, prepare, moderate local QIT meetings.
- Other quality related tasks Review and approve the content of the technical document for regulatory aspects, e.g.:
- Risk measures
