Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to mechanical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve techniques, procedures, and products and technologies. You will design products to meet customer needs, product quality, manufacturability, new product development, prototype builds, testing, and may serve a project manager role for smaller development projects. You will develop the product designs necessary to drive product improvement and will be integral in securing present and future business by consistently meeting or exceeding Voice of Customer requirements.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Passion for make things happen & hands-on work.
- Strong design for manufacturing background.
- English proficiency 90% spoken & written.
- Proficiency using CAD + FEA (mainly Solidworks and Ansys).
- Strong mathematical background and understanding of complex mechanical systems (preferably braking systems with ceramic abrasive materials).
- Environmental, product performance, and reliability tests.
- Cross-Functional project execution experience.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment for mass production products.
- GD&T; and Stackup Analysis.
- Mechanical Failure Analysis, Simulation, Finite Element Analysis.
- Mechanical Validation (Vibration, Drop, Tumble Test, Tension/Compression).
- Injection Molding Processes, Material Selection, and Rapid Prototyping.
- Supplier Tooling Design Review and Approval (DFM).
- Metal Fabrication processes.
- Material Selection (Plastic and Metal).
- Knowledge in Engineering Change Process and Change Review Board
