Post-Production Retouching Specialist (Architectural Photography)
**Job Description**:
Responsibilities: Prepare > Blend > Retouch > Deliver
- Learn, follow, and adhere to the several in-house image post-production processing workflows.
- Import, organize, cull, select architectural image exposures and export out to Adobe Photoshop in stacked layers.
- Collaboratively engage and seek guidance with the full support of the Post-Production Manager, ensuring that evolving workflows are carried out to successfully meet deliverable expectations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Photography, Digital Media, or Graphic Design
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in both Lightroom and Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in compositing, selection, masking and retouching and other critical Photoshop skills.
- Strong visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and aesthetic.




- Demonstrable portfolio showing expertise in post-production workflows using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Experience in architectural photography and processing of is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Location: Remote Part-Time then On-Site Full-Time in Zapopan WeWork office
