**Regroup Mass Notification **— a global company with headquarters in Dallas — is growing! We currently have an opening for a **Sales Quality Assurance Specialist**. **Responsibilities**
- Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure the correct sales techniques are being used.
- Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the sales director
- Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team.
- Provides feedback to the sales reps and sales management.
- Identify, coach, and report trends identified in recording and interactions.
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for the sales director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Create, update, and maintain team scorecards and rating scales.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor Degree a plus
- 3-5 years experience in a QA,



training, coaching, or sales setting required
- Demonstrated ability to create scripts and other written communications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Focus on quality and sales driven coaching methodologies
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
- Sales and/or teaching ability is a plus
