Key responsibilities and must-have-skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in posting job opportunities on various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and reporting tools to manage applicants, positions, and generate insightful reports.
- Showcase an excellent working knowledge of Internet research techniques, encompassing search engines, major job boards, industry sites, and resume databases.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in recruiting legal and administrative professionals.
- Three years of successful track record in posting jobs on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Remote work experience is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
