**Main Responsibilities**:
- Triage and qualify incoming leads to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to understand their needs and ascertain how our solutions can address those needs.
- Engage in detailed requirement gathering and scoping to outline software solutions, including scope, outcomes, and design.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (project managers, executives, and developers) to craft viable software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations.
- Ensure diligent follow-up with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Facilitate a seamless handoff to the execution team post-sale, ensuring clarity and continuity.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Solid understanding of business practices within the Warehousing/Distribution sectors.
- Knowledge of technical documents (JSON, XML, EDI) and basic programming experience (1 year or less, any language).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

**Work Environment**:
This is a remote position requiring availability during US Pacific working hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). Employee is expected to have a quiet workspace to conduct meetings, reliable internet access, and computer skills to support themselves with equipment.
ILC after a probationary period will supply a laptop and monitor.
