About the role:
**Consumer Credit Intern** will be responsible to support underwriting, dealer support, purchasing and QA working in activities to increase control to the processes, reporting & validating documentation.
What you need:
- On-going Bachelor degree in business, marketing, actuarial, administration, finance, economics or related
- Intermediate English level
- Consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Highly responsible and detail Oriented
- Customer oriented approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Planning and organizing time in order to set priorities.
- Teamwork and collaboration ability.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office & Visio.
- Ability to multitask.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
- Proactivity and initiative.
What you will be doing:




- Validation of manuals and policies as a governance strategy.
- Standardize / Consolidate core reports for area in order to ensure data integrity and provide accurate visibility to stakeholders (Ex. Capacity / overtime)
- Review Business Process Management System (BPMS) documents to ensure they´re updated (Proactive recommendations towards the improvement of the process and documents is well appreciated)
- Governance file to ensure recurrent reports are shared timely.
