**SUMMARY**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:
- Manage all aspects of account management including:
○ New client onboarding and integration
○ Monitoring and tracking of current client fulfillment
○ Strengthen partnerships by providing assistance and guidance
○ Retain current clients and drive their renewal process
- Work with other members of the team to successfully carry out obligations
- Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**




- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in account management
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to execute and manage multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and writing skills
