Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients in planning and executing their travel arrangements
Offer personalized recommendations for destinations, activities, and accommodations, aligning with clients' preferences and budget
Secure bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel essentials, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Furnish clients with confirmation and itinerary details promptly
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timeliness
Stay abreast of current travel trends, deals, and promotions to enhance service delivery
Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities
Basic proficiency in computer skills
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
