**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Perform enzymatic and physicochemical analysis.
- Performance of VDA shelf-life tests of enzymatic products.
- Adherence to international Food Safety regulations.




- Elaboration of technical reports.
- Analysis of technical information and experimental data.
- Operation and management of laboratory equipment; as well as the assurance of preventive and corrective maintenance.
**Qualifications and skills**:
Biotechnology engineering, food engineering or similar.
Languages: Advanced English (Conversational)
At least 1 year of experience in laboratory work, experience in analytical methods and knowledge of laboratory equipment. Experience in statistical analysis of information.
