**You Are**:
UST is currently seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Enterprises Network Services team and DEVOPS Network Services team in Mexico to support and enhance our network infrastructure, ensuring continuity of operations and optimal performance.
**The Opportunity**:
- Provision and maintain all Network components and services.
- Report Network performance
- Assist with all design, implementation, operational, and management activities for the Network environment.
- Document network requirements, policies, and procedures
- Perform day-to-day Network operations and administration activities.
- Manage designated Network devices in accordance with Solidigm policies.
- Maintain external DNS, IP addressing, router configurations, VPN configurations, etc.
- Ensure Network administration activities are coordinated through a defined Change Management process.
- Perform accounts administration for network resources access and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic network plans aligned with long-term business goals.
- Design robust,



scalable network architectures
- Act as the primary expert in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
- Recommend network services and solutions based on business needs.
- Assist with network design, implementation, and management activities.
- Recommend and approve network capacity thresholds; provide capacity and performance reports.
- Coordinate support activities with third-party suppliers.
- Document network requirements, policies, and procedures
- Provide rapid resolution for network incidents; manage performance and optimization. Oversee creation and maintenance of network documentation and promote knowledge sharing.

**What you need**:
- Proven experience in network engineering/administration roles
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools
- Familiarity with standard protocols and security standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interface with other departments
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - A foundational certification that covers network fundamentals, network access,



IP connectivity, IP services, security fundamentals, and automation and programmability.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise - Advanced certification that delves deeper into enterprise network solutions including dual-stack (IPv4 and IPv6) architecture, virtualization, infrastructure, network assurance, security, and automation.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - While more security-focused, this certification is valuable for network engineers involved in designing secure network architectures and risk management.
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty - Focuses on designing and implementing AWS and hybrid IT network architectures at scale. Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate - Demonstrates the ability to implement and manage network solutions in Azure, including security and connectivity.
