**Your Impact.**
As Sector IT Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed requirements for IT projects and initiatives.
- Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Project Scoping: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and constraints in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process diagrams, and user stories
- Data Analysis:



Analyze data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, perform testing, and assist in quality assurance to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- Change Management: Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT projects.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners when necessary to evaluate and select technology solutions.
Qualifications:

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and IT systems.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills.




- Experience with relevant software and tools, such as MS Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.
