**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for processing invoices (sytematically)
- Completing systematic inventory builds and transferring inventory to systematically balance inventory positions,
- delivery of packaging ingredients
- Provide other administrative assistance to the Operations team, for example, extracting information from the system and creating reports
**PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience working in invoicing
- Strong sense of communication
- Analytical skills
- High Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Experience using Quick Books
- Fluent English

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 12:00 PM EST
