The purpose of this role is to support the front-line delivery for the strategic interface between HR business partners and business Operations by efficiently executing HR practices & services to the stakeholders & employees in the business. The role holder will be expected to execute employee engagement activities and various employee retention initiatives to align business objectives with employee’s orientation within the company.
