We are looking for a Bilingual Team Leader.
The purpose of the Bilingual Team Leader, Revenue Operations -service, job role is to manage and drive customer experience and core business commercial performance for a group of frontline executives / sr. executives. The job role holder is accountable for the productivity, engagement, development, and retention for the group of said frontline.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of travel agency operation, that provides travel and tourism related services to the public on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, car rentals, hotels and travel insurance.



Experience preparing travel itineraries and awareness of geographical locations, airport codes and countries.
- Experience in global distribution system (GDS). Understanding of how GDS enables transactions between travel industry service providers, mainly airlines, hotels and car rental companies and travel agencies.
- Hands on experience and usage of MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word.
- Experience working in call centers or good knowledge of call center metrics.
- Experience managing teams.
