**Production Superintendent**
**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of all the planning of the work in the production areas
- Organization of the personnel under the production structure (production supervisors, line leaders, set up operators)
- Decision making in all the problems related to production
- Authorization of movements in the production areas
- Authorization of permits (vacations, absenteeism)
- Conducting performance evaluations.
- Coordinate activities outside production such as: inventory, rework, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
- Establish and conduct communication meetings with the staff in charge.
- Organize tours with other departments of the production areas.
- Provide tools to the personnel in charge for the proper performance of their functions.
- Maintain close communication between shifts.
- Coordinate the daily production board of supervisors and representatives of the different support departments and keep minutes of opportunities and progress.
**Requirements**:
- B.S in Engineering Major
- Administration of human and material resources.
- Communication aptitudes
- English 75%
- At least 5 years in a similar position
- Availability to rotate shifts.
