Review the scope of components / raw materials on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with the production program - materials in transit.
- Make purchase orders for shipment to suppliers.
- Ensure that supplier orders are ready within the required time.
- Ensure, together with the logistics department, the arrival of the material to the plant in the required time.
- Monthly reconciliation with suppliers.
- Provide the necessary documentation for the correct importation of materials.
- Follow up on imports of raw materials in conjunction with the logistics area.
- Ensure and monitor the performance of the logistics area.
- Prepare dairy routes, analysis, justification in conjunction with logistics.
- Ensure the correct sending of payment requests to finance.
- Update transits in the system and send a report to finances.
- Ensure transportation optimization
