**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct pricing program analyses and develop rate structures.
- Make an immediate impact by onboarding carriers asap for our current lanes.
- Negotiate rates with existing carriers.
- Support Sales staff with quotes DAILY in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with LTL & TL carriers to optimize costs and services.
- Assist internal departments in carrier-related tasks.
- Manage the RFP and General Rate Adjustment processes.
- Support Outside Sales Agents and Branches in pricing solutions.
- Analyze freight costs for different business segments.
- Establish target rates with current clients and create database.
- Contribute to growth initiatives and long-term performance goals.
- Provide cross-functional support within the organization.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Extensive operational experience in Transportation Management.
- Familiarity with various transportation modes and market trends.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail.




- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in pricing and carrier onboarding role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate carrier relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Transportation and Pricing.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and MUST pay attention to detail.
- Superior negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
**Work Environment**:
This role is office-based, involving the use of standard office equipment. The work environment may include typical office noise and frequent interruptions. The employee is primarily required to sit, talk, and listen during the workday.
