What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
**Essential Requirements (Must Have)**:
- **
At least 7 years relevant experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements in a Service Provider environment.**:
- Experience in utilizing & creating REST API’s within ServiceNow to connect to external tools.
- Intermediate to expert level experience in JavaScript
- Well versed in creating, configuring, and maintaining data sources, LDAP and transform maps.
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator/ ServiceNow Developer (current and verifiable).
- Be an experienced ServiceNow technical development consultant specializing in core platform functionality with ITSM.




- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivation with ability to work in a remote environment on either CST or EST time zones.
- Positive, collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client service.
