**Description**:
- 100% Remote Position
- **Fluency** in both spoken and written English is a must.
- Your title will be Human Recources Assistant.
- Looking for a **Human Resource Assistant (HRA) who is process improvement-minded.**:
- You will manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Onboarding & Off-boarding
- Travel scheduling for employees
- Prior HR experience is not needed. There's nothing here that a smart individual can't learn.
**Requirements**:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Process-mindedness, continuous improvement, and critical thinking are a must
- Expert in using technology, specifically in using Google Workspace -- adroit with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc, we use these all the time so you have to be good and fast with all.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- SMART. High IQ, incisive logic,
strong analytic ability, fast learning, and crisp communication.
- Takes ownership of the important role that HR holds in an organization.
- 1 year minimum commitment required

We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices that specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). We have multiple facilities throughout Texas -- Houston, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pasadena, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, Brownsville, Laredo, and Austin. Coming soon: El Paso, Dallas, Atlanta, and Little Rock. We emphasize the highest quality of patient care and customer service. We offer excellent on-the-job training and pay at the highest end of the scale.
Benefits (for full-time employees) including health and life insurance, as well as **80 hours of PTO**. These kick in after 60 days of employment. Mandatory drug screen and background checks. Hours are mostly Mon-Fri 8-5p, although there will be some early and late days. A weekend day here or there may be asked of you.
Pay: $185,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
