**What You’ll Do**
- Analyze existing stock levels and lead times and process purchase orders accordingly
- Inventory track and restock of goods.
- Negotiation of purchase terms and conditions.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Communicate with vendors on status of lead times and open orders, expedite as required
- Vendor registration process
- Administrative Support.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Fully bilingual (Spanish - English)
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
- 1+ years of purchasing experience
Pay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
