1. Experience working and managing integral teams executing projects in pure Agile methodology.
2. Responsible for planning, governance, risk and issue tracking, reporting, readiness tracking and closure.
a. Validation and sending weekly status to client counterparts.
3. Responsible for activities pertaining to readiness of physical infrastructure, availability of people and overall implementation of the proposed service solution.
a. Onboarding resources, managing time offs / back-fills, work-life balance and semester capacity planning inputs
b. Assisting in access - system and people
c. Ensure user story assignment are clearly communicated in time and have clarity on tasks to be performed and acceptance criteria

Responsible for the success of transition and operational activities.
5. Responsible to solve functional and technical issues by working with client and EY counterparts
a. Participating in sprint meetings, KDDs, testing calls and other key calls during the execution of the project to assist EY team members in managing risks, availability / capacity overloads and dependencies on other non-EY team members.
6. Responsible to help highlight opportunities / gaps in current supply chain solutions and surface them to the client
