Mission
The Data Analyst supports the Finance team in simplifying monthly reporting activities through scoping, technical implementation and maintenance of Excel-based automations.
Your Day to Day
- Conduct meetings with Finance colleagues, analyze the processes, and identify efficiency measures (Data Management & Automation solutions);
- Provide constant maintenance and upgrades to the implemented solutions;
- Constant collaboration with Local & Global Finance departments;
- Drive the process of replacing manual mappings with automated mappings;




- Create documentation and manuals for each implemented solution & provide training to colleagues when the case;
- Participate in workshops, meetings and offer specialized support on specific challenges;
What you bring to the team
- University Degree in IT/Finance/Economics or related field;
- Min 2-3 years of experience in working as a business analyst, or in similar roles;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Office365;
- Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow and to conceptualize it as an automated solution;
- Confident communicator that can explain the technical solution to non-technical audiences and can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures;
- Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and solutions;
- Ability to conceptualize what a database should look like in order to be fully reusable and upgradable;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Experience using Microsoft Access and/or Power BI could be an advantage;
- Experience working in Finance could be an advantage;
