Experienced mainframe developer using COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS
Good to have knowledge of Webservices.
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and requirement to IT technical solutions.
- Excellent client service attitude.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Should be able to write technical specification document.
- Participate in full life-cycle programming, develop software based on design requirements, and ensure software works to specifications.
- Ensure smooth flow of development activities.




- Should have strong analytical, requirement understanding and coding skills.
