Role & Responsibility
Lead the development and implementation of best-in-class processes to assure customer satisfaction and execution of Sales, Inventory and Operations plan
Positive, constructive interaction of the plant with all North American functions and third-party logistics company
Ensuring all pre-determined KPI's are meet with the third-party logistics company.
Recognition as good corporate citizens of the states and communities where we operate.
Proven track record in implementing and maintaining safety protocols, improving operational efficiency, ensuring high product quality, and consistently achieving on-time delivery targets.

Job Requirement
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish - verbal and written.
Any - bachelor's degree.
10 years related experience in operations and supervision.
10 - 24 % travel,Visa and Valid Passport.
Certificates - Green Belt, Black Belt nice to have.
Integral Breadth - North America.
