**What you´ll do at BTS**
- Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth
- Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery based learning solutions
- Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
- Manage several large accounts including taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries
- Identify new growth opportunities for BTS and generation of leads for add-on business
- Become a valued strategic partner for our clients
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor degree
- Bilingual Spanish/English, Portuguese is a plus
- 1-3 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience, capable of leading small projects
- Interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Are comfortable working with Excel (advanced level is a plus) & preparing impactful presentations
- A desire for extensive domestic and international travel
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Have a fun approach to work while aiming to excel
- Have strong leadership, are team-oriented, always curious, and believe in generating change through people
- Can create great-quality solutions in multi-level, interdisciplinary teams
