Job description
As a member of our Accounting team, you will participate in a wide range of accounting activities, including month-end journal entries, bank reconciliations, detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, as well as assisting in the preparation and execution of month-end schedules and financial reports.
What you’ll be doing at albo:
- Monthly accounting record of expenses, reclassifications, daily income record to know the financial situation of the company.
- Monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Monitor Balance Sheet and P&L; accounts with appropriate records in order to provide reconciled balances.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all team financial metrics.
- Intercompany review and communication to reconcile balances.
- Billing of intercompany services, fixed assets, commissions and interests.
- Electronic invoicing.
- Preparation of working papers for monthly and annual tax returns.




- Auxiliary reports for internal and external audit.
About you and what type of skills you'll need:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Public Accounting Degree.
- Knowledge of Excel and other MS tools.
- Knowledge of accounting programs / ERP (Oracle Cloud preferably)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and focused on results.
- Constant communication with the areas.
- Previous experience in Big4 or consultancy firms is a plus.
- Hands on: You are energized by rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
