- Previous Position: Material Handling Supervisor / Team Leader
- Years in the last position: 1.5 years (Team Leader)
- Personnel management, mechanical and welding tools, estructural desing, development of technologies and tools and innovation processes, safety control.
- Technical, analytical, design, conceptual capacity, decision making, negotiation, reliability, adaptability, value generator, leadership, customer focus.
Travel: Yes
**Actividades**:
- Planning the distribution and mainatanace of racks and equipment to get them ready for the process.
- Design and development of new devices and packaging to stamped parts.
- Design and development of new prototypes for the process (supply and process).
- Identify and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions that put people and facilities at risk
