Quality Engineer is responsible for coordinating the inspection of the Process and Product Release, as well as the segregation, disposition, and follow-up of the non-conforming product, in order to comply at each stage of the process with all the Quality specifications of our external and internal clients. Responsible for conducting Quality and Environmental audits in accordance with pre-determined schedules, with appropriate training. Responsible for implemantation and maintains the quality control program in accordance with ISO/TS16949 quality requirements, participates in the development of quality standards, is the primary contact with customers relative to product quality problems and is a member of the Project Quality Planning Team (PQP). Responsible to create quality procedures or documentation, identify process or product issues and getting to the root cause,



recommending solutions that improve quality in coordination with Production and Engineering
Experiência y requisitos
BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent 3 - 5 years in Quality Engineer position Ensure production is following all procedures controlled and working with latest revision Following ISO external audit Following CAR's Green Belt / Black Belt Certified in Lean-Sigma is preferred English
