Experiência y requisitos
Professional Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. More than 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, with progressively increasing responsibility. - Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS. - Good use of the English language, both verbal and written, - Dominio de MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Excel, Teams) Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage and supervise accounting staff, including task assignment and guidance. - Perform financial analysis and provide information to support decision-making. - Review and analyze financial data for discrepancies and inconsistencies. - Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.



- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and prepare tax returns and working documents in compliance with applicable regulations. Make sure all tax deadlines are met. - Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. - Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting. - Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations. - Provide support during mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration activities. - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax law regulations, assess their impact on the business, and ensure timely compliance. - Supervise and advise junior accounting staff. - They provide guidance, training, and support to develop your team members' skills and ensure that the department is running efficiently.
