ABOUT THE TEAM
- We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction - from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.- The Auction Coordinator will be responsible for controlling items through our warehouse staging area and reviewing the Merchandising Coordinator’s inspection reports. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: determining method of sale, assisting with and reviewing basic inspection on items, pricing items with our proprietary system and preparing items for public viewing with in depth quality
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for performing Joint Inventory with government staff for government shipments.
- Determine best option of our available sales channels to maximize returns for the company




- Determine idóneo quantity for grouping items into lots and pricing with our proprietary system
- Leads the evaluation and the accuracy of inspection reports from the Merchandising Coordinator by reviewing photographs of the equipment and overall condition assessments.
- Identifies and verifies the quality and category type for all incoming items.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience providing excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (on this job your most valuable tools will be the 2-way radio, a cell phone and a computer).
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
