We are looking for a Recruitment Sr Manager:
**Main Activities**:
- Refine and strengthen talent acquisition processes.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics.
- Execute new recruitment campaigns to attract top performers.
- Build and nurture pipelines.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
- Become a cultural ambassador for this property, promoting a fair, secure, and equitable environment, and championing empowerment, innovation, growth, and open communication.
- Ensure adherence to employment law regulations.
**Experience**:
- At least 5 years of experience focused in recruitment BC & WC positions.
- A comprehensive understanding of Mexican employment law.
- Problem solving.
- A quick learner with a growth mindset, open to new approaches and willing to experiment.
- The ability to hold people accountable while fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong listener. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
