Purpose of the function
Responsible for processing orders for dealer projects and direct sales in Latin America.
Manage purchase orders from different suppliers with the agreed terms, attend to and request complaints and replacements, ensuring purchases in quantities, finishes and quality.




Specific responsibilities- Manage pocca orders- Process orders in syteline projects and tasks- Process purchase orders with different suppliers- Review confirmations prices finished quantities- Confirm shipments and invoices- Handle payments and statements of suppliers- Manage replacements and claims- Enter information on letters of credit that are authorized- Application of contracts or special discounts that are authorized
Education:
- Professional degree
Experience:
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Analytic- Planning- Strong organizational skills
