**Brief Description of Duties**:
Answer incoming calls of customers wanting to order pizza in the US.
Upsell combos and soda products affiliated with the pizza company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls
- Document call summary and outcome
- Use client provided tools and systems
**Qualifications / Experience**:
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal, listening and written)
- High Attention to Details
- Tech Savvy
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of using MS Office and GSuite Apps
- WAHP Ready: own PC with at least 50 mbps wired connection
- Processor: 4 cores and 8 threads. At least iCore 3 or Ryzen 3
- Memory: 8GB RAM
- Storage 240GB SSD
- Connection: at least 50 mbps wired connection validated through link
- Full time and can work for more than 40 hours per week when needed. Should render additional hours available for Holidays, Special Events, Promotions, & other Peak periods when needed.
- Mandatory working days: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday CST
Pay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
