Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Business systems Analyst, located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Manager IT the Business Systems Analyst role will be In-charge of performing operational processes and procedures to ensure all IT services, systems, and infrastructure meet business needs.
What a typical day looks like:
- Establish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mech
- Physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.
- Development of onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
- Build out communications templates.
- Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.




- Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
- Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.
- Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.
- Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> natural growth -> retention.
- Identify and propose root cause solutions to recurring problems in IT services on the shop floor.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Jr experience with.Net or simliar
- Basic English.
- Experience Manufacturing or similar
- Basic skills in Relational databases
- Flex Flow
- Basics of Troubleshooting, Log analysis and data analytics.
