**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an agency, consulting, or business management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly HighLevel.
- **Highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional**, able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
- **Experience in contracting service industries, particularly janitorial services, is highly preferred.**:
- Highly coachable, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation**:
