Job Description:
As an Accountant with our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Tracking the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of cash receipts, disbursement journal, and general ledger.
- Preparing bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
- Comparing monthly and quarterly reports for various funding sources.
- Managing invoice payments, payroll processing, and filing tax returns.
- Taking charge of all day-to-day financial statement preparation and addressing other business-related financial needs.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to obtain QuickBooks Certification within the first two months from the Date of Hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
- At least two years of relevant work experience in accounting, including experience with US Accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, including proficiency in English.
